Classes and Workshops

Classes and Workshops

Together We Stand offers a wide variety of educational opportunities for students, educators, and the general public. Classes are offered at a variety of times including days, evenings & weekends and run approximately 90 minutes. Classes are held indoors or outside depending on course content and weather conditions. Workshops include a hands-on application of the course content provided in a working, growing environment. Participants are actively involved in the projects and pursuits of the designated workshop. Workshops are longer in duration and may extend into multiple-day projects. Material costs may be applicable. Each of these educational experiences offers a complete and comprehensive curriculum, and may provide supplementary hand-outs that can be used after the classroom experience.

Courses are offered in the area of aquaponics & hydroponics, urban farming & gardening, medicinal herbs, spices and teas, and homestead self-sustainability. If you are just curious or an experienced grower these courses are designed to educate and equip you to develop a healthier and more balanced way of life.
